Hi, I am Jessica.
I have a love for photography, and for capturing emotive photographs. This started when I became a mom/stepmom. I realized just how quickly tiny babies turn into little kids who turn into teenagers and then young adults themselves. Because kids grow so fast, too fast, and our families are only this exact way for a mere moment in time. It is all so fleeting and photography is a way to capture these memories and moments to look back on for years to come. Whether it's that tiny babies little hand holding onto your finger, the way that toddler belly laughs with their eyes shut tight and mouth wide open, that school kids puzzle piece smile missing half their teeth, that high schoolers pride in her prom dress or his football uniform, the way a couple just glows with love during an engagement, the way couples will smirk at an inside joke only they get from just the twinkle of an eye, or the unique love that family shares every step of the way. It is all so beautiful. I love real emotions, raw moments, genuine smiles, and finding beauty in the everyday moments. I do also love offering some styled, themed sessions throughout the year including most holidays and seasons.
I have 4 kiddos ranging from 20 months to 14 years old, so I am good with the tantrums, the meltdowns, the silly stages, and the teenage "no smiles." I love working with kids, and showing their personalities through my lens with fun prompts that get their attention. I love capturing families, and the unique bonds while getting everyone to play and laugh such as tickle fights or pile on dad! As much as I love capturing families and children, I photographing couples is a close favorite. Seeing the love spark up with a "cuddle up close" or the laughing fit after a "teeth kiss" is the best.
I am located in Paris, Tennessee, and I travel within Henry County, Tennessee for free. Willing to travel throughout West Tennessee or Middle Tennessee for a small fee if I am the photographer for you!
